Job Description:
The Strategy & Integration manager will collaborate with our
Talent and business leaders to define Talent strategic initiatives
and assess, diagnose, and address emerging strategic Talent needs
and issues. This role will require advanced capabilities in
innovative thinking, critical analysis, strategic planning,
cross-function collaboration, stakeholder management, market
sensing, and change management. The Strategy & Integration manager
will work closely with HRST and Talent leaders to understand
Deloitte's multi-year Talent strategy and transformation
priorities, progress and impact, and advise and coordinate
integration strategies across these Talent investments. This
professional should bring a Talent transformation point of view to
annual HRST planning and provide insights to determine what is next
and inform future priorities.
Work you'll do:
- Assist in development and execution of talent strategies and
priorities to achieve Talent transformation and firm objectives and
aspirations.
- Collaborate with other leaders and teams across Talent and the
businesses to understand Talent priorities and drivers of business
value.
- Assess emerging Talent priorities and issues and develop
informed recommendations and solutions to address them.
- Support Talent transformation activities and identify
strategies needed to meet business needs.
- Coordinate with Talent leaders to identify and manage points of
integration across the portfolio of Talent investments.
- Conduct complex business analyses, where required, to support
data-driven results.
- Lead market sensing activities of current business trends and
leading practices to anticipate impacts on our workforce and Talent
programs.
- Develop compelling, logically-structured recommendations,
solutions, presentations and deliverables that will be shared at
the Talent and business leadership level.
- Collaborate with fellow HR Strategy & Transformation and Talent
channel teams on cross-functional Talent priorities and major
transformation initiatives involving the US member firm, including
analyzing and recommending solutions, driving stakeholder
alignment, adoption and business engagement, and providing input to
strategic communications.
The team
The HR Strategy and Transformation (HRST) team aspires to reimagine
how Talent fuels our Deloitte businesses through innovative,
customer-centric, digitally enabled talent services. The HRST
Strategic Integration team:
- Creates the vision and strategy that guides all Talent teams
around how we de?ne and support Talent priorities;
- Develops and manages the Talent Transformation and Strategy
roadmap, synthesizing inputs from across Talent;
- Facilitates governance of the Talent transformation investment
portfolio;
- Gathers insights to proactively identify trends and disruptors
that will inform the Talent strategy; and
- Identifies and leads integration activities for major
transformation eff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related area
- 10 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Human Capital Consulting or HR Strategy experience
(preferred)
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple efforts
simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without
the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the
future
