Job DescriptionDirect hire opportunity for a forward-thinking Store Manager to optimize a convenience store located near a major highway and recreational trail. Duties include working with vendors on new & current products. Keeping store filled with fast moving products. Maintain inventory tracking system and setting prices and recording invoices. Work w/GM on Training and staffing requirements. Maintain appearance of store inside & out. Understand and maintain the POS system. Work with branding partner to make sure they are compliant with all branding standards. Record monthly fuel reports. Self-motivated and a great communicator. Must be able to lead a staff with inspiration and compassion.

• High School graduate or equivalent. Some bookkeeping or business education preferred.
• Typical hours 7:30am-4pm M-F. Open to occasional on-call coverage for weekends. They are open 5am-9pm.
