The Director of Client Relations will lead new business
development and client relationship management for QTI Executive &
Professional Search and QTI Consulting . The Director of Client
Relations will lead with a high sense of integrity and urgency to
meet and exceed business development objectives by working closely
with existing and potential clients to strategically uncover their
recruiting and consulting needs and aligning with the QTI team's
delivery capabilities. This individual will develop strategic
partnerships with a variety of clients across multiple
Prospect new clients, schedule sales meetings, develop and deliver
sales presentations, develop, and prepare proposals, and build
successful relationships with new clients.
Leverage existing database of clients from QTI Executive &
Professional Search and QTI Consulting to form relationships and
earn new projects.
Build strong relationships with key leaders to generate, develop,
and pursue new business opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and terms of service agreements and prepare
contracts with clients.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation of sales activities
Independently plan and organize daily work schedule to call on
existing or potential clients.
Partner with Marketing Team to provide input related to marketing
materials and strategies that align with sales strategy.
Participate in local professional, business, and civic
organizations to enhance personal development, promote company
recognition, and generate leads and opportunities.
Develop strong internal partnerships with recruiters, consultants,
leaders, and offices throughout The QTI Group to facilitate
partnerships and referrals.
Assist with increasing brand awareness for The QTI Group's products
and services, including engagement with applicable associations and
Travel within Dane County and surrounding areas to call on and meet
with clients on a regular basis.
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required
Minimum of 3 years of strategic business development experience,
preferably in a professional services environment
Strong client presentation skills (i.e. "board room presence") with
a confident demeanor and consultative style with excellent
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of
organizations and individuals at varying levels of responsibility
(e.g., C-Level, Directors, non-profit Executive Directors, Boards
of Directors, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to leverage CRM and other tools to effectively
manage schedule and sales activities
Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools including Word, Excel,
Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Entrepreneurial and results-oriented
Superior interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to work
collaboratively in a small team environment
Maintain a professional demeanor and promote QTI's brand
Provide own car with proof of insurance and valid driver's
