Job Description:
Marling Lumber Company is seeking a Branch Manager to manage our
Hwy. 14 and River Street locations in Janesville. Job requirements:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong operational
aptitude, with problem solving skills, extensive knowledge of the
building product industry, ability to lead and motivate others,
lumber yard and inventory management experience, Bachelor's degree
or a minimum of 5 years operation management experience, P&L
management experience required. Experience with Microsoft, Excel
and Outlook.Management proficiency, staffing, coordination,
coaching, developing standards, financial planning and strategy,
process improvement, decision making, strategic planning, and
quality management.Marling Lumber Company is an equal opportunity
