My client in Madison, WI is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst with Identity Access Management experience. The role can be 100% remote and while it will start off as a 6 month contract, there is a strong likelihood it will get extended.If interested, please apply to this posting!Description:This role will be working with the Global IdAM (Identity and Access Management) Governance team on multiple work streams within a global cyber security program in which people, processes, and technologies are significantly impacted. We require a Business Analysis (BA) that has demonstrated success in both business and technical BA skills. This will require working unusual hours to accommodate the global team with primary team members in the US, UK, and Australia.Job Description SummarySupport and manage essential process documentation and technical solutions by collaborating with the Global IdAM Governance team to gather requirements, provide guidance and help execute plans to support global effective access controls. Collaborate with Governance Manager on projects and larger initiatives requiring risk assessment, process and technical expertise. Ability to problem solve and implement new ideas, whilst inspiring creativity with the teams you work with. May specialize in process, data, business or systems analysis and will be required to use one or a combination of those skills to identify gaps in business procedures, gather both high level and detailed requirements and where appropriate define or redesign processes, methods of working with business applications, workflow or other related business tools as may be necessary. Required to help identify areas for improvement and efficiencies and promote positive changes to the analysis process.Primary Responsibilities* Translate business needs into actionable processes by evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reviewing needs analysis findings, escalating questions and clarifying issues to create, communicate and define user requirements for the development of effective solutions* Collaborate and build relationships with Technical Service Owners and Identity & Access Management Analysts by regularly communicating to establish the technical vision, analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs and gather information to meet requests within area of responsibility and achieve service level agreements* Investigate and resolve access-related queries/issues, ensuring effective resolution in line with Assess, document and communicate impact of change to business and individuals by collaborating with internal and external key stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements, accurately define costs, schedule timeline and evaluate interdependencies to develop business requirements documentation for key stakeholder engagement* Support the development of access management analysts to ensure overall delivery (quality and output) of services provided is to an appropriate high standard* Support and execute, where required quality analysis of team''s work to ensure an effectively monitored control environment* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, collaboration and empowerment within the team to actively engage employees and ensure delivery of team objectives* Assist with the identification of training requirements for assigned projects and business units by providing input to the training plan, supporting the development of training materials and participating in the training for assigned projects as required* Participate in implementation planning by supporting the implementations for assigned projects and providing valuable input to ensure successful outcomes* Identify and eliminate risks to complex change implementation by planning user acceptance testing, clarifying and ensuring developers understand requirements, coordinating users, executing tests, monitoring test completion, escalating issues and soliciting feedback to support accurate testing and alignment with desired outcomes* Serve as business analyst expert collaborating with management to ensure business, technical, and project team alignment with key stakeholder objectivesRequired Qualifications* Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience* 2 years Business Analysts experience, both technical and process improvement* Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate teams overseasPreferred Knowledge* Working knowledge of needs analysis best practices, procedures and common analysis techniques and approaches.* Good knowledge in IdAM (Identity and Access Management) or Life Cycle Events (LCM) such as handling Joiners, Movers, Leavers, Reinstate, Rehire processes for high risk business areas by provisioning, de-provisioning and amending accesses within 24 hours SLA* Good understanding of data quality, experience with security and risk based standards (coBIT, PCI-DSS)* Working knowledge of relevant systems and system capabilities for business needs* Principles and concepts related to the insurance industry* Working in demanding, fast-paced environmentPreferred Competencies/Skills* Understand the principles underlying the relationship among facts and apply this understanding when solving problems* Proactive - looks ahead for potential problems and takes preventative or mitigating action in advance.* Impartiality - accurately reflects facts.
