embodying these values. Job Purpose: The Working Foreman is
responsible for discussing vehicle problems with customers,
diagnosing the customers' repairs through the use of preliminary
test drives and delegating necessary work assignments to the
technicians utilizing their abilities, knowledge, and background.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm - Midnight Pay: $30-$45/Hour (Based on
Experience, Certifications, etc.) Shift Premium: Any hours
worked/work performed Monday - Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 5:59 a.m.,
and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), will be paid
a shift differential of 15% of your base wage. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Ensure Reliability: Discuss
vehicle problems with customers and diagnose repairs through
preliminary test drives, demonstrating our commitment to solving
their issues promptly and accurately. Supervise Repairs: Oversee
the maintenance and repair work, ensuring that it's done
efficiently and correctly, thereby honoring our promise of quality
service. Create Positive Experiences: Customer Relations: Maintain
good customer relations, ensuring that each interaction is positive
and reflects our company's values of respect and professionalism.
Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety policies in the shop area,
creating a secure environment for both employees and customers.
Foster Lifelong Learning: Engagement in Learning Modules: Actively
participating in learning opportunities, showing a commitment to
personal and professional development. Knowledge Sharing: Share
knowledge and provide instructions and guidance to technicians,
fostering an environment of growth and continuous learning within
the team. Adaptation and Improvement: Determine the method of
repair for shop equipment, showing an ongoing commitment to
improving processes and adopting new techniques for efficiency.
Exhibit Pioneering Spirit: Innovative Problem Solving: Diagnose
customer repairs using preliminary test drives and innovative
diagnostic techniques, showcasing our pioneering spirit in tackling
challenges. Leading by Example: Perform preventive maintenance and
repairs as needed while supervising and assisting other
technicians, setting a high standard of craftsmanship and
innovation. Demonstrate Good Stewardship: Resource Allocation:
Delegate necessary work assignments to technicians, utilizing their
abilities, knowledge, and background most effectively, ensuring
that every job is done right with the resources at hand.
Operational Versatility: Fill in for Service Advisor as needed and
ensure that all repaired vehicles are test-driven, showcasing
flexibility and a stewardship of operational resources. All other
duties as assigned, including but not limited to, the responsible
use of resources, proper management of waste materials from
repairs, and maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
Other Duties as Assigned: Adapt to the evolving needs of the

school diploma or equivalent required, additional trade school
training preferred. Five (5) to seven (7) years of related
experience in truck service operations. Mechanical and refinishing
knowledge required. Valid driver's license required; CDL required,
or ability to obtain. Dependable and reliable attendance required.
Physical and Mental Demands: The mental and physical requirements

The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and
crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb
or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas
with fumes or airborne particles; vibration. The employee is
occasionally required to sit; drive, use foot controls, use a
personal computer; lift up to 100 pounds; work in high, precarious
places; work with chemicals that require PPE and/or ventilation.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to
read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals,
professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental
regulations. Ability to write reports. Ability to effectively
present information and respond to questions from managers,
employees, and the general public. Ability to work with
mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical
inference, and fundamentals of geometry. Ability to apply concepts
such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to
practical situations. Ability to solve practical problems and deal
with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Working Environment: The work environment characteristics described

conditions. The noise level in the work environment is frequently
