will: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for functional and
technical capabilities of Blue Yonder Cloud Transportation
Management System (TMS). Stay current on Blue Yonder Cloud TMS
features and best practices through benchmarking, user conferences,
and knowledge sessions. Evaluate and share insights on system
upgrades and tools to enhance Corporate Transportation and Blue
Yonder TMS processes. Help execute process and strategy
improvements related to supply chain focused on transportation
improvement projects. Apply knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS
functionality and transportation operations processes to optimize
strategy execution while fully leveraging TMS capabilities. Work
cross-functionally to gather business requirements, document
business processes and integration, assist with training and
provide go-live support when new functionalities are being
implemented. Partner with the Solutions team to lead TMS strategy
and project deployments, support system integration, UAT, and
training, and contribute to the evolution of the global TMS

you will need the following qualifications: Bachelor's or Advanced
Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain 5 years of experience working
within Supply Chain. Experience in Transportation is a plus.
Experience working in Blue Yonder Cloud Transportation Management
System. Preferably in the areas of Order Management, Planning
Execution, Visibility, Dock Scheduling & Appointments, and Shipping
& Fleet Management. Experience with systems and data integration.
Systems such as SAP ECC Transportation, SAP SCM Route
Determination, Four Kites, or Syncada, would be a plus. Ability to
lead cross-functional projects. Ability to work independently with
minimal supervision. Intellectually curious with a strong desire to

vary based on location. Salary Range: 85,540 – 105,620 USD. At
Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards
package, which also includes a variety of benefits and

this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a
comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit
Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is
provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend
on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance,
and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US
locations only.
