Position Overview: The Endpoint Engineer will support day-to-day operations of all Endpoint Systems in the environment. This includes the Endpoint hardware used and software installed on all workstations, mobile devices, and printers. The Endpoint Engineer troubleshoots a wide array of complex issues to ensure the security and integrity of our Endpoints and data while meeting industry best practices. The Endpoint Engineer also provides tier three support for other engineers and support team members. The position will be based in our corporate headquarters, near Madison, WI, but it will offer a hybrid work arrangement allowing the flexibility to work a few days a week from home. What You'll Do:

• Coordinate technical reviews with vendors and engineering staff in performing system modeling, capacity planning, system performance, manageability, and scalability
• Conduct performance tuning, problem resolution, security administration, policy administration, and system analysis of Endpoint systems and services.
• Automate operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.
• Translate business requirements into code and documentation while managing the life cycle and communication for assigned projects.
• Understand the importance of endpoint hardware, conduct analysis on our hardware needs, and collaborate with vendors to facilitate the procurement and purchase of devices.
• Train Support and Engineering Staff
• Support systems in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment
• Support Endpoint components of an M365 multi-tenant environment
• Act as tier three escalation for support, including On-Call responsibilities.
• Learn new technologies and influence future technology stack and change
• Manage Endpoints in a Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) environment
• Configure and design hardware and software systems to meet business unit's needs; creates related documentation such as troubleshooting guides and knowledgebase articles
• Maintain lifecycle and administer MDM/MAM Platforms (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace One, JAMF)
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Teams Voice Deployment Organization Wide What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related area of study
    • Equivalent work experience will be considered.
    • 3+ years of experience years of experience.
    • No Management Experience Required
    • Microsoft Suite - Including but not limited to Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, MDM/MAM platforms, and Operating System Image Manipulation required
    • Ability troubleshooting Windows Endpoint Issues required
