If you want to join an industry-leading company that focuses on your professional growth and development, we'd love to hear from you!The Foundry Engineer will perform a variety of functions in support of the foundry engineering department including the new job start up system.What You'll Do:Obtain, record, and issue necessary documents and blueprints for the new job start up process.Coordinate sample production runs with production control and production departments.Ensure that sample booklets are prepared and distributed to appropriate departments prior to sample production runs.Audit sample production runs, collect and distribute sample production run data, and ensure proper disposition of sample castings.Update the new job start up tracking system and issue relevant reports as to the status of new jobs.Communicate with pattern vendors and the pattern shop as to tooling status. Utilize delay time constructively by doing housekeeping or other area improvement activities.Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company guidelines.This list is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties as necessary.
