Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of Relay and switch experience and a proven track record driving and executing successful Relay and switch related projects.Role:

  • Drive the development of Reed relays and switches, guide the team on selecting the right materials and suppliers and drive manufacturing and quality improvements.
  • Work with multiple engineering functions, Product Management and the Operations team in Philippines.
  • Support FAE, Sales and PM Organization regarding Reed Switch and Relay topicsEducation:
    • Bachelors or university degree in an engineering discipline. PhD or MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Material Engineering or similar is preferredExperience:
      • Minimum 10 years' experience in designing Relays and switches, selection of materials, selecting and optimizing Relay and switch related manufacturing processes. Able to work with global partners and supply base.
