Job Description:

Position Overview: This position is responsible for supporting the development of repeat print, pattern, graphics, and color for all categories, under the direction of the CAD/Print Designer. This role will research print trends and help execute unique artwork for use on apparel products. Position Details: Work Environment:At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face interactions that foster our culture of learning, creativity, and teamwork. The role is based at our headquarters near Madison, WI. You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays if you prefer.What Youll Do:

• Research trends in repeat print, pattern, and graphics. Find inspiration outside of trend and in other industries, as well.
• Support repeat print development and placed graphic development for all categories/brands
• Create plaid/yarn dye CADs and recolors in Ned graphics
• Generate re-colors for repeat prints
• Create vendor ready files
• Research color trend and develop new seasonal palettes for all brands
• Manage color resources (order pantones, keep color resources organized)
• Review color in lightbox to pantone standards
• Name new color standards and manage color code system for cross functional use
• keep PLM up to date with colorWhat Were Looking For:
  • Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Or Related Field
    • Equivalent work experience will be considered
    • Graphic Design, Color, and Surface Design skills
    • Proficiency in design Adobe Creative Suite required, knowledge of Ned Graphics preferred
    • Strong sense of color
    • Knowledge of printing processes and materials
    • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Hand rendering skills a plus
    • 3+ years of experience years of experience
