This role requires an individual who thrives in a customer-oriented environment, handles various customer inquiries with professional acumen, and efficiently resolves issues to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining precise knowledge of our product lines. Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer customer inquiries and provide information on our products and services. Process sales transactions and handle returns accurately. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current products and promotions. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Support inventory control activities, including stocking and organizing shelves. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe store environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Ability to handle sales transactions and operate point of sale systems Basic knowledge of inventory management Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Customer Service Certification (optional but beneficial) First Aid Certification (preferred)
