destinations using the Via mobile app. Maintain a professional
attitude and provide high-quality customer service. Manage pre-trip
vehicle inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety and
performance. Adhere strictly to local traffic laws and regulations.
Use the Via app to effectively manage routes and schedules,
ensuring prompt pickup and drop-off times. Handle payments and fare
adjustments using the designated systems when necessary. Provide
feedback on the app and route efficiency to help improve the
service. Strong navigational and driving skills. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient use of
smartphones and GPS devices. Ability to manage time effectively and
adapt routes on-the-fly. Problem-solving skills and ability to
handle unforeseen situations. Valid driver’s license. Clean driving
record. Background check clearance. Vehicle that meets the
company's safety, environmental, and operational standards if not
provided by Via.
