Job Description:
Customer Service Technician
Adecco is recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Technician in
Cottage Grove, WI. If meet the qualifications below, apply now!
Job Duties:
* Provide outstanding service to dealers, consumers and service
providers
* Troubleshoot problems with customer and resolve in most cost
effective way possible using diagnostic procedures within
department work practices
* Process order for parts shifpments same day
Job Requirements:
* Must have proficiency with MS Word and Excel and be able to use
multiple software programs at once
* High School diploma or GED
* At least 1 year call center experience or high volume customer
service
* Type at least 40 wpm
* Complete pre-employment background check
Hours: Training will be Monday - Friday 8a-5pm for 3 weeks and then
switch to Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pm. Work 1-2
Saturdays a month from 9am to 3pm based upon call volume.
