French Bilingual Customer Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding service to dealers, consumers and service providers

* Answer all customer inquireies. Troubleshoot problems with consumer and resolve in the most cost effective way possible using diagnostic procedures within department work practices

* Process order for parts shipments same day

* Communication with customers via phone and email correspondence in a timely, professional manner

Job Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED

* Must have proficiency with MS Office and be able to use multiple software programs at once

* At least 1 year call center experience or high volume customer service experience

* Type at least 40

* Bilingual in French language - written and verbal

* Complete pre-employment background check

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay rate is $15/hr.
