Job Description Job Description About the Role: The Deal Processor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of financial transactions and agreements within the organization. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of deals, including data entry, verification, and coordination with various internal teams to ensure compliance and timely completion. The Deal Processor acts as a liaison between sales, finance, and legal departments to facilitate clear communication and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the deal lifecycle. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to maintain accurate records and support audit readiness. Ultimately, the Deal Processor contributes to the company’s operational efficiency by ensuring that all deals are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry, transaction processing, or administrative support roles. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in finance, sales operations, or contract administration. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP. Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to deal processing. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a role requiring high accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Review and verify deal documentation for accuracy and completeness before processing. Enter deal information into internal systems and databases with high attention to detail. Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance. Monitor deal status and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Maintain organized records of all processed deals for reporting and audit purposes. Assist in the development and improvement of deal processing workflows and procedures. Respond promptly to inquiries related to deal status and documentation from internal teams. Skills: The Deal Processor utilizes strong organizational and analytical skills daily to ensure that all deal information is accurately captured and processed without errors. Attention to detail is critical when reviewing documentation and entering data to prevent costly mistakes and ensure compliance. Communication skills are essential for coordinating with multiple departments and resolving any issues that may arise during the deal lifecycle. Proficiency with software tools such as Excel and CRM systems enables efficient data management and reporting. Additionally, problem-solving skills help the Deal Processor identify process improvements and contribute to smoother operational workflows.
