Visit our website to learn about our people, culture, and community impact.As a Billing Analyst your days will be spent:Owning the billing process from start to finish, by preparing and generating accurate and timely client invoicesReviewing new client contracts prior to submittals for financial accuracyEntering and reviewing project budgets, staffing and contracted amounts in accounting softwareCombining your accounting knowledge and experience to utilize accounting software to track project metrics and profitabilityWorking with Project Managers to ensure accurate project details and deliver necessary reports and dashboardsReviewing project time and expense entry for accuracy prior to billing cycleResolving billing issues, following up on outstanding invoices, and responding to customer inquiriesVarious ad-hoc and routine accounting functions as neededTo excel from day one, you'll need:An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred) or relevant experience5+ years' experience in client billingThe proven ability to work independently with limited oversightStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of integrated Accounting ERP systemsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize areas for process improvementExcellent oral and written communication skills; must be willing and able to interact with and present to all levels of the organization in a clear and concise mannerTo maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretionThe ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlinesMeticulous attention to detail - demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, organized, monitors own work to ensure quality, and meet deadlinesLife at JT: The Benefits and PerksOur benefits and perks are top-notch.
