      Responsibilities as the Property Accountant:
      
      • Responsible for financial management of a portfolio of properties
        
      • Manage financial statement preparation and month end close
        
      • Review fixed assets
        
      • Work with team to identify and address any inconsistences within financial statements
        
      • Assist with ERP conversion
        Qualifications needed to be the Property Accountant:
        
        • Bachelors or Associates in Accounting
          
        • Hospitality/Real Estate/Property accounting preferred
          
        • Experience preparing financial statements
