The position also partners with and advises site business leadership through operational direction setting and strategic planning. This role will be on site in Wisconsin Rapids. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.Key Accountabilities:Promote the safety and health of all team membersCollaborate with business management team at the facility while providing business and strategic guidanceComplete the required activities for monthly closing and management reporting with emphasis on our converting operationsOversee documentation and compliance with Accounting Policy requirementsBe part of the weekend site manager rotationEnsure the accuracy and integrity of operational finance reportingAnalyze actual cost and revenue information, including external converting servicesLead the site financial budgeting, forecasting and standard setting processCommit to the on-going learning, professional satisfaction and development of self and site team membersRequired SkillsRequired skills:Ability to interpret financial data and standard cost conceptsRobust analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-starter. Quick learner. Motivated to improve self and surroundings. Team player.Required ExperienceRequired Experience and Education:BS in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CMA or CPA desired3+ years manufacturing experience, paper or packaging industry experience desiredExperience with SAP and Microsoft Office productsUnderstanding of strong internal controlsProcess and project management training
