Easton Motors is an independently owned and operated dealership group with seven -locations in south-central Wisconsin: Adams, Baraboo, Portage, Beaver Dam, Sun Prairie, Green Bay, and West Salem. We understand that our customers want more than just a car -- many of them want to improve their credit as well and all of them want to work with a car dealership they can trust. We are seeking a firm but fair and -hard-working -Collections Account Representative -to join - Creative Finance in the Addams location. This job will require the qualified candidate -professionally interact with customers for account management and collection of consumer loans. -This position works primarily with people who have borrowed money to finance a vehicle through Easton Motors. -Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:

Professionally interact with customers on inbound and outbound calls, by email, -and in-person to keep loan payments current and to collect on past due amounts.Establish positive relationships with customers and assist with any questions about their accounts.Problem-solving and negotiation skills with customers to protect the financial interest of the organization.Accurately document all activity with customers such as conversations, payment arrangements, and any legal actions.Understand all facets of financing and loan process and stay updated on details of customer accounts.Communicate as needed with the Corporate Controller and Attorney about the status of customer accounts.Fill in for other roles within the division for reasons related to schedule, absences, and workload.Assist with special projects and assignments related to the overall goals of the Creative Finance division and Easton Motors Companies, Inc.Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)Background in collections or account management preferredMinimum two years' experience in customer service in a professional office or call center environmentMust be able to do basic math including calculating interest.
