  • Assist in Payroll preparation and processing
  • VMS Reconciliations
  • Assist in collections and AR aging schedules
  • Review vendor invoices and create payables documents within the AP subledger
  • Reconcile and analyze the GL through completing balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations
  • Assist the Accounting team in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, etc.) What the company needs in a Staff Accountant:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 2+ years of Accounting experience
    • Very efficient in excel (able to create formulas and pivot tables)
    • Candidates need to be highly motivated, adaptable, and able to communicate efficiently
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
