The Financial Compliance Associate supports financial process and monitoring to ensure effective grant administration and grant budget management, as well as compliance for grants from foundations, federal and state agencies, and other non-profit organizations. In this role you will be tracking and monitoring grant-funded positions and expenditures to maximize the utilization of awarded funds. DESIRED CANDIDATES: -- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent relevant experience -- 1 years--- experience in accounting in a non-profit agency or equivalent experience -- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) -- Strong organization and analytical skills -- Technology savvy -- Knowledge of budgeting and accounting practices, processes, and procedures for non-profits -- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate a ---can-do--- attitude -- Attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality Company Description Celerity Staffing is a 100% locally owned staffing agency with seven locations throughout Wisconsin.
