A fast-growing Healthcare organization is looking for a CFO to join their team. Key Qualifications * Experience with E-commerce / Inventory Based business * Bank & Investor Financing Experience * Experience working with external auditors, and sales tax compliance * Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills * Experience with ERP System i.e. Netsuite * Self-motivated and able to operate autonomously * Highest possible ethical and professional standards Core Responsibilities * Oversee Accounting and Operations Departments * Establish Annual Operating Budget and Strategic Plan * Serve as Consultant to CEO and Partners/Board * Produce Monthly, Quarterly Financial Reports/Metrics * Manage Corporate Financing from Debt to Private Equity * Manage External Accountants/Auditors * Build Relationships with Vendors, Suppliers and Industry Resources * Maximize Cash Flow, and Return on Equity levels for a growing business * Institute Cost Savings and Employee Performance Metrics * Support accounting, general ledger and operations functions, ensuring that systems are in place to guarantee timeliness and accuracy * Leverage technology to optimize all reporting and analytical functions Job Requirements:Requirements* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, MBA or CPA* 5+ years in CFO role* 10+ years accounting/finance experience* CPA required
