Job Description:
Work Schedule :Scheduled shifts are typically Monday through
Friday, with 8 hours shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM 5:30 PM.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. No
weekends required.Pay :UW Health offers a competitive compensation
package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be
taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay.
This position is eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus

Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA, CCMA, LPN) to:Join our primary care teams
who provide remarkable care to patients of all ages.Provide
quality, conscientious care, with strict attention to details, in a
fast paced, compassionate, and patient family centered
environment.Prepare patients for examination, obtain vital signs,
document chief complaint, review/update medications and allergies,
perform spirometry, and assist nursing staff with treatments for
patients.Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness and education.UW

equivalent and ONE of the following:Completion of an accredited
medical assistant program ORLicensure as an LPN ORCompletion of the
UWH Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program ORAttainment of the
CCMA certification as a UWH employee ORAcceptance into the UWH MA
Apprenticeship Program Accelerated OROne year of recent Medical
Assistant experience and CMA, RMA or CCMA Certification in lieu of
the above requirements, one (1) years of recent Medical Assistant
experience and current CMA, RMA or CCMA certificationWork
Experience :Preferred One (1) year of experience as a Certified
Medical Assistant or LPNLicenses and Certifications :Minimum
Certified as CMA, RMA, or CCMA or eligible for certification.
Certification must be obtained within one (1) year of hire date.If
applying in lieu of Medical Assistant education or LPN licensure,
must have current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification.CPR/BLS
